Pylos

Gaea is the house of my ancestors, built by my great-grandfather in 1900.

Gaea is a 2 level charming, stone-built house. The ground floor features a fully equipped 80 s.m. apartment, along with a separate 15 s.m. guest room. Upstairs, the first floor boasts a spacious and fully equipped 100 s.m. apartment. During the renovation, we chose environmentally friendly solutions. Thus, the house HAS NOT AIRCONDITION UNITS but is equipped with ceiling fans in each apartment and in each bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living rooms, offering the visitor the ideal temperature. During the winter months, central heating with radiators and the two fireplaces are in operation. Additionally, the house has a solar water heater for permanent hot water. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate at least up to 4 people, and up to 2 the separate guest room.

The Village

CHOMATADA: In the village, there is a traditional café that, prepare breakfast or meals, where you can find basic food items and other supplies. In 6 km from the village, there are two big supermarkets.

PYLOS (8 minutes), has been designated a preserved town due to its unique natural beauty and historical significance, as the ancient kingdom of wise King Nestor.

COSTA NAVARINO. (10 min), is a top travel destination in the Peloponnese, as one of the most luxurious and popular hotel complexes in Greece. The golf course is ranked among the best golf courses in Europe.

YALOVA PYLOS (15 min). Beautiful and touristic, located about 6 kilometers from the historic town of Pylos and next to Costa Navarino.

VOIDOKILIA (15 min), a strip of picturesque sand dunes, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mediterranean and one of the most important wetlands in Europe.

FINIKOUNDA (20 min), is one of the most well-known tourist destinations in Messinia. It features stunning beaches, hotels, rental rooms, restaurants. HIKING, through enchanting mountains, forests, olive groves, and picturesque traditional villages.
